Solution :

1. Open Powershell as administrator

2. Enter the following command

slmgr -ipk xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx

3. Then enter this command

slmgr -ato

(replace xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx with the product key) will install the product key on the device.
